D.B. Petty is a drag racing legend who is cursed by his own ancestors. He walks a fine line between two cultures and two worlds. After the sudden death of his wife during child birth, D.B. moves back to Anywhere, Washington, a small podunk town, it's only claim to fame being the Pleasant Pride Poultry chicken processing plant and the local Drag Strip.
